Simple Steps for Making Yogurt in a Crock Pot

Thanks to my friend Dori who pointed out this easy recipe for using a crock pot to make yogurt from the website devoted to using the slow cooker every day for a year at crockpot365

Nourising Days (which also has tons of fabulous easy, nutrious meals and instructions) also provides a crock pot yogurt recipe but failed to mention the need to wrap up the slow cooker in towels to regulate the temperature which was a problem for some users.  So props to crockpot365 for mentioning this in advance.

But I'm definitely going to be spending a lot of time learning about healthful easy meals Nourishing Days!

Thanks to everyone for sharing their food wisdom -- something that is being lost in our culture at an alarming rate.
