January is such a fun time for armchair gardening here in the Northern Hemisphere.

A craigslist posting for some clay tiles has been thinking about these projects I might try while I wait for spring to arrive. Garden fountains, flower pots, planters, stoves, and more!

That's a really cool drain pipe. I am impressed with the clay pipes. Do they hold up pretty well? http://www.thistleplumbing.ca/drain_cleaning.html

@Bob StrongIn my experience, anything that is made of clay or terracotta should probably be stored indoors over winter if you have freezing temperatures. Otherwise, they will likely crack.

They can be left outside over winter if they do not have soil left in them
